Chipotle Mexican Grill

This chipotle is always something different, from online orders consistently being wrong, under portioned, missing ingredients, to taking an hour. Then the staff looks like they pay for the ingredients by how little the serve you. Double portion was an extra scoop, now its half a scoop and the price went higher. Now also according to the staff, they cant serve you extra cheese or sour cream or corn on your bowl but instead they give it to you in little cups.... like please tell me how that makes sense?... i wish there was another chipotle nearby to stop going to this one, this is one is a total mess. And the times ive put complaints online they just solve it by giving you a buy one get one entree and thats it, im not complaining on getting free stuff, but it gets annoying how not a single online order is ever correct. Okay, the reviews are wrong when it comes to the atmosphere of this Chipotle. This was my first time here and I was scared because of the reviews. It’s not the employees. It’s the CUSTOMERS. This lady was giving them a hard time to the point the man was so distracted and worried about them that he gave me some attitude for asking for steak the second time when he was almost done with my food because he didn’t put it the first time. Maybe my voice was too low also. Other than that it’s a pretty chill place. Just the customers are too rude for no reason as soon as they come in. Making the atmosphere turn into a negative.

Former employee at this place. I worked the closing shift of this establishment regularly for a bit over 2 months. That said, I have a thorough comprehension of the culture/atmosphere of this particular location. Pros: -Food is pretty good, no complaints as everything is indeed made/cooked on site. -Large variety of options you can choose. Pretty good if you ask me. Slight Cons: -Wait time can vary from none whatsoever to ~15 min depending on the length of the line or the size of orders some people make. -The Online Ordering section of this store is fast paced; so many orders come in at certain times that more times than not orders can be delayed before pickup time. Cons: -As mentioned before, online ordering is fast paced; meaning that orders are likely rushed and not as fulfilling as the food ordered in store. -QUESADILLAS ARE ONLINE ONLY HERE.
