Papa Johns Pizza

Terrible location. I always order Papa John’s for my family. But this specific location has failed twice to deliver properly. The manager seems argumentative instead of attentive to the customer’s concerns. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

Delivery was 1.5 hrs. Food was cold and Garlic Knotts leaking oil all over. Missing sauce. Manger did not really care when I complained. He said they don't offer discounts or apologies. Manager said, Its just what it is because they have allot of orders. If you like paying for waiting around for cold food and an attitude then this is your place. I love Papa Johns pizza but not the entitled staff and bad service at this location.

Incredible that all these bad reviews exist and still this store is still in service. The manager here is a joke and needs some deep down training and people skills. Corporate should take action as you can see from the reviews this place is a joke. It was my in-laws fault for ordering here today when I know better and choose the Pinecrest location - regardless it’s 10 miles further. Manager didn’t care about them not filling my order and made us feel like we were at fault. Try another store to avoid the “I shoulda know better” result.
