This place has really gone down hill after the COVID pandemic. Every time I’ve gone the staff AND the food gets worse. The big brunch burger which is advertised on their menu with a sunny side up egg came to the table with an over-fried egg when I asked the staff to re-due my egg correctly I was told “that’s the way it comes if you don’t ask for it differently.” So your advertising a sunny side up egg and your serving an over cooked one instead? That makes zero sense. This Sounds to me like an excuse for a under-qualified (and probably underpaid) chef who can’t even cook an egg. Our assumption was correct because the egg that came back was UNDER cooked. The eggs on my boyfriends meal were even worse. The egg white was everywhere all gooey and watery. Our waitress was gone half the time so we had to flag down other waitresses for help and the worst part: Walking to our car, we passed by the kitchen staff - 5 of them (along with the manager) all passing a joint around. This ihope location needs professional help. Is Tuesday ‘3/21/23 at 930am and the bathrooms are super dirty, the tables and floors are super dirty already and as per the pictures not properly cleaned. One customer found a cockroach inside the menu. I hope the general manager sees this comment and send someone to inspect the restaurant. Please assigned a cleaning team to properly clean the restaurant when is closed, so it can be ready for the next day. As a manager you have to check your restaurant before the restaurant is open. Suggested list: Kitchen items and all the food must be checked. Plates, cups, Coffee cups and silverware must be inspect as well. Floors, bathroom’s ,ceiling lamps on top of each table and the basket with salt & pepper must be properly cleaned and refill. The chairs and under the table should be inspect every time you cleaned the table. The hostess can sanitize the menu after the servers takes the orders.
