Although we are big fans of Chipotle, this is absolutely the worst Chipotle we have been to. First of all, they are quite stingy. Second, if you prefer not having everything mixed and ask for any ingredients as sides in those little plastic cups, they charge for them as extra sides! So you have to have all the ingredients added to the bowl directly...or they charge extra. On top of that, they are not prompt with replenishing an ingredient...hoping the customer won't insist for it. Top that off with grumpy and irritable staff. Never getting setting foot here. Total cheapskates! Here is an idea for a name...Cheapotle!

Let me start by saying that I am a massive Chipotle fan. This is my second poor experience, however, at this particular location. My wife and I went here this evening to grab two burrito bowls on our way home. The employee used the last of the white rice on my wife’s bowl, and then when it was my turn, I asked for white rice as well. She stated that they were out with a nonchalant attitude and did not even tell the employee working in the back that they needed more until I kindly pressed for an estimate wait time for it to be ready. She unapologetically said that it would be at least 5-10 minutes, but that she honestly had no idea when more would be ready. We ended up leaving and driving to another location — even after my wife’s order was prepared. We will not be giving this location a third try.
