I know it’s McDonald’s and I keep my expectations low so for me to give it a one star is saying something. Employees were rude and treated customers like they didn’t exist and at one point I witnessed a employee verbally harassing a customer for trying to get their food remade because it was wrong. I’m sad that management here allows employees to treat customers this poorly. Hopefully they will have some change over and things will improve.
The girl who took our order got the order and change correct. Lady who gave us our order had the order packaged correctly and was friendly. While it may seem an easy task neither are as easy as you'd imagine as busy as this place was.
The store was clean, the food was prepared to order properly and in a timely fashion, Bria was extraordinarily nice and helpful, and all the employees engaged in great customer service.
