Love this place. I really like how customizable the ordering process is online. Food is ready at the time requested every time. Everything ive had has been good. My only one complaint.... I wish I could request to not have the wrap cut in half. Ive had a few catestrophic failures on first pickup.
This location has given me food poisoning too many times for myself to ever come back. Three strikes and I’m out - It’s always under cooked chicken. This last bout of food poisoning left me 7lbs lighter, using up 2 days of sick leave, and unable to keep anything down for 36 hours. I might come back for limeaide but the food is a no-go for me anymore.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I took my family there yesterday and it was a terrible experience from the beginning. The two girls at the front played on their phones the whole time we were there. Lucky was incredibly rude when taking our order. Nowhere in the store or on the menu does it say there’s an up charge for chicken, except crispy chicken, which none of us ordered. We were even charged for leaving the protein (that supposedly comes with the wrap) off because she didn’t want chicken! We were not told we would be charged on top of our meal, for the protein that is supposed to come with our meal. She didn’t offer us the sides that come with our meal, she just rang it up as no side for each of us. Then, we sat down and got our food and it was barely warm by the time we got it. Very disappointed in this visit.
