The restaurant was filthy. Out ice, some of the sodas were out. The drink area was dirty, water and liquid leaking from the juice machines and was getting all over. No forks, had to eat my burrito bowl with a spoon. Napkins were almost out and a mess. No hot sauces. Tables were filthy. Patrons had to wipe their own tables with napkins. The food was decent, and the staff was somewhat friendly. Seemed odd that it was so dirty and they were about 5-6 employees there. They seemed more focused on To Go orders and less on patrons coming into to the restaurant. Quite the disappointment from what this location used to be like. I usually go the to UC location and it is a much better experience there.
as expected this location is always very busy but I have not had a bad experience! My order is always correct, items are in stock, and meals are ready timely.
This is what my bowl looks like when I opened it. I ordered online through the website. Half of my toppings are missing and just look at it. Straight disrespectful. I will never order online again ???? … More
