I ordered a meatball sub on UberEATS, and my sandwich came with no meatballs. I don’t understand how that happens.
Do NOT use the app for online pickup! You will be waiting for a minimum of 45 minutes, you’re better off getting in line because you’ll get out much faster. Do not recommend if you have less than an hour lunch. Extremely disorganized & the mobile ordering is useless. Food wasn’t fresh after all that waiting.
If I could leave a 0-5 I would. Went in to use a promo code cause their website wasn’t working. Get there and the staff was kinda clueless, no manager on duty and didn’t know how to punch in a promo code. I’ve worked the food industry and was disappointed in how my experience went here… Very poor hospitality. Honestly the Rookwood one is the best one to go to. Not sure if i will be a returning customer
