Chipotle Mexican Grill

I really hope I don’t forget not to come back to this chipotle. It’s so dirty and my food was not ready on time. Last time I was here they didn’t have half of the menu available. I need to remember to go to the one in Glendale by the stadium. The Glendale location is on point! Food is always ready on time and amazing!

This would be the second time I have visited this location in person at dinner time (around 6pm) and they are out of nearly all the meats. I was told, very unapologetically that I would have to wait 10 minutes for any steak product or chicken. Plus their containers are disgustingly empty and dried up, while they simply add product to the old. FIFO my friends. It is a Friday night and you're out of this much product? As a manager myself in food service, the manager of this location should be ashamed of themselves for never being properly prepared. I understand this whole "staffing crisis " situation but you can not be this unprepared and expect to stay in business. We have ordered from this location several times online or via doordash and its a consistent problem of missing items. Find another chipotle or better yet, go across the street to Cafe Rio who actually makes it a point to be prepared for a dinner rush.

I have been to many Chipotle’s and have never been dissatisfied with the food. They have been pretty much the same across the board. This one however was not good! Rice was not cooked properly and tasted like plain white rice. Green salsa was completely different. Had big chunks of onion and tasted like it was missing ingredients. Barbacoa was super fatty. Guacamole tasted like overripe avacodos and was not seasoned well. Will not return to this Chipotle!!
