Ordered a meal for delivery and they missed including one in the order. Received a refund from delivery service. When I called the restaurant the manager said next time I'm in they would handle. Meanwhile a child without food because of the lack of quality control. Manager told me to have a good night. Awesome experience!
Tonight was amazing. The food and service was exceptional. Our server was awesome and the drinks were tasty. I came with my two kids and they ate all their food. 10/10 on my rating. I come to this restaurant every now and then, and it’s always good. If you like Italian food this is the place!
Daryl manager made our visit fantastic!! Thank you for taking very good care of our Birthday dinner. Our food didn't get placed and took an hour to obtain but he made sure all was fixed and made it right. We will return because of him. His professionalism and excellent customer service really made the difference. Thank you Carrabbas.
