Smashburger

Got here 7:15 got my food at 7:50. Sweet potato fries were cold, bacon brisket burger just looked terrible, definitely not the advertised picture, no bacon or bbq sauce. Literally burnt the cheese. Not even sure there is a patty on the sandwich, nvm I found it. Would not recommend this location to anyone not even if it’s free. Update: was a given a refund for sweet potato fries and burger they offered to try again but I didn’t have another 45 min to wait and I’m still hungry.

My husbands first time. My second. Food was good. Young Man that helped us was nice. Downhill from there. Floor absolutely filthy. Not one clean table. No napkins, had to help myself and clean the table. Staff workers were busy chatting. Unfortunately, disappointed. Makes customers wonder what the kitchen looks like when the dining area for customers is so dirty. You have good food, but you need to step your game up a lot. Parking: Easy

Troubled first impression. An image speaks louder than a thousand words. Feel free to read on, but just see my pictures. It's 300 pm on a Saturday and that's how the bathroom looked like. Like a gas station with no logs of cleaning schedule. Worse because there's supposed to be a health safety standard. Look at the sink. One single person at the counter busy making it us wait, but there was no one ahead so justifiable. The context is that someone else was in her break while in social media and didn't bat an eye to help. The cashier was great at taking the order but she was apathetic when you asked questions and looked like didn't wanted to be there. What confirmed the vibe of total demotivation and dead beat apathy was the fact that every single table was dirty. Nobody really cared about this business at all. If I were responsible I'd be checking the Saturday afternoon shift and figuring out what's wrong. The order took way too long to prepare and everithing was overcooked including th
