Chipotle Mexican Grill

You can see my order. They got two of the things correct. No asado chicken, got regular chicken. Wanted brown rice, got white. Asked for fajita veggies, didn’t get any. Black beans, yea! Corn salsa, nope. Hot red salsa, nope. Cheese, yea! Lettuce, not today skippy. So on my online order they got two of the 8 ingredients correct. The worst. Never go here.

1/2022 The manager Mr. T was in the store, just after 9pm, as they ran out of cheese. My bowl had already been made, so I asked for queso as a substitute but this manager refused to do so without a $2 up charge. I explained to him it’s better to use a substitute rather than just throw my food away over cheese but he explained that’s how CHIPOTLE runs their company, no compassion, just money, so I will not return. The store is pretty dirty anyways so I’ll spend my money elsewhere. As a result, Chipotles time and money was wasted from lack of ethics and product. I do NOT recommend this location. It’s now 5/2022 and they just have a terrible attitudes even if you order online. They keep the food behind the counter rather than using the pick-up area and they don’t say anything when your order is ready. They just make a new order then get upset when you speak up for yourself. Did I mention there’s a girl who’s underwear is constantly showing as she grills chicken, come’on son.

Nothing on the employees, ownership of multiple locations is questionable. Every store is severely short staffed. At least 50 people are waiting for mobile orders or dine in. Pay the people….I’m hungry
