Chicken Salad Chick

The manger is absolutely awesome. His customer service is impeccable! He really makes the dine in experience worthwhile. All of the staff members are pretty friendly and helpful, with the exception of Kelsey. She gave me the worst experience while trying to order my usual meal. Update - another rude worker, it’s my last time giving this place a chance.

Was my first time going but DEFINITELY won't be my last. The cashier was very helpful I ordered the Olivia's old south chicken salad with the egg salad (which tasted great when eaten together) and the soup of the day (loaded potato) which was delicious as well ????????????????????. I definitely will be back soon, but it might be as soon as tomorrow lol ????

Customer service is not a priority. I ordered for delivery on Aug 4th. My order was not correct. I called immediately and was told someone would call me back. Hasn't happened! I've been trying to get refunded for the food I didn't receive since then. No one has answered the phone or emails on numerous attempts. I finally got the manager last week who said I had to come to the location to get my money back. That was not acceptable or convenient so I ask for a gift certificate. Manager had to check if that was okay and would call me back the next day. Nothing. Have not heard back at all and one of my last calls said my number has been reported as spam. Absolutely ridiculous that I can't get my money refunded or even a gift certificate.
