Okay hibachi can be good because it's fun and it can be good because it tastes amazing. Orient Express is all about THE TASTE!! Is it fun? Well sure. There is fire flying right in front of your eyes. But to be honest these chefs are not all trying to just show up and show out. They're not overdoing things. I think maybe they have an understanding that most of the guests here are just waiting on that delicious goodness to come to their plates. My sister had shrimp and I had the filet mignon hibachi. The only thing I didn't enjoy was I asked for my filet medium and I def got more close to well. But it's filet and it was still buttery, tender, juicy, and SO DELICIOUS. For me i would say personally it might have been a bit on the salty side but I know I'm weird and don't like salt, plus they give you sauces on the side too so if you're a sauce person, trust me, you'll be taken care of here. We also had appetizers and that was a mistake...because I was SO FULL I ended up taking home almost
Portion size was pretty good, especially for lunch but the food wasn’t very flavorful, more specifically the rice. I ordered shrimp with Chinese mixed vegetables which came in a white garlic sauce. It was okay, just not something I would ask for again. I asked for a side of brown sauce to help with the flavor and it was too salty. The service, sweet tea and egg roll were good. Love the uniqueness of the place. Parking: Parking is limited and tight in some places
Really good food. There were so many sushi options. Loved the appetizer presentation. Great option is you want to try a lot of items.
