Stopped in for lunch, I was the only person in line and waited ten minutes without even being greeted by the employee working in front of me before leaving unfed. Terrible service, I used to love this place for the quick service but after this I will not be comig back here

I have been here several times, and it never disappoints. Customer service is great! Jordan was very helpful and friendly. The food is delicious. I enjoyed being able to sample the soups. The bread is great! Definitely worth the price. Keep up the good work!

My first time having soup so I decided to try a few options. From the start of ordering it was not a good experience. The young man taking my order seemed to be agitated from the beginning. I had to ask him was he ok and let him know to breathe, which then he seemed to relax. I ordered the tuna sandwich and had way more bread than tuna. The tuna had no seasonings besides hell of onions. I ordered a lobster soup that they put in the microwave and it still wasn’t hot and it had a weird taste. Plus I seen no lobster. My drink from the fountain had no ice because there was an issue with the ice machine. They did tell me that ahead of time. Overall the food and service was poor. I paid 80+ dollars with tip included and it definitely wasn’t worth it unfortunately. Also it was really cold in the building for some reason.
