04/05/19: 4.5 out of 5 - Tonight is a rainy night, so we decided to have Chinese Delicacy. I have not been to Chinese Delicacy since it was sold to the current owner. So it's been over 5 years....maybe more. Surprisingly, the food has not changed. Meaning, the portions are very good, very tasty, and priced inexpensively. On top of that, it was ordered to go. Everything down to the rice looked amazing! The table service is usually great, but even ordering to go, the staff and owner are great and wonderfulnabout explaining what is tasty and what goes well with what, just in case you don't know what to order. Chinese Delicacy is definitely still very good Chinese restaurant that is worth trying once, and deciding for yourself. I'll keep coming back. Enjoy!

worst food I've ever had. Ordered take out 45 min before they closed. The sesame chicken was so chewy it was inedible. I'm guessing it was cooked at lunch time. They forgot the rice and gave me the wrong soup. Might as well lit $50 dollars on fire
