Chimiking Restaurant Kissimmee

Tried them for dinner last night on Uber Eats Delivery. The food was hot and fresh and everything came correct to order. I tried the Chivo Guisado (Stewed Goat) with arroz con gandules (rice with pidegon peas). All the food was delicious. I was expecting the stew to maybe have potato and other vegetables or something, but it seemed to be only meat. I also am more used to a drier rice than the one I had which was a bit wet in texture but still good. Portions and quality were fair for the price though and I'd definitely eat here again.

We had dinner here a few nights ago. It took well over an hour for us to get our food. Some people that came after us got their food first. I asked the server about 45 minutes after we ordered, and he said thet they were working on our food. I ordered 8oz Churrasco steak. The Churrasco that was brought to me was maybe 5oz. I share with the server my discontent with the size of the meat. Specially after waiting over an hour. He told me that all meat are weighted. I told him that I didn't believe that it was 8oz and left it alone. A few minutes later, another guy comes over to our table. He told me that the server said that I had complaint about the size of the meat, and repeated that he weighted the steak. I told him that I just wanted to eat in peace since I waited so long for the food. He continued to confront me about the size of the meat. I could not believe that he was harassing me even after I told him that I just wanted to eat in peace. Finally after he said the same thing 3 to 4

Delicious! We went on a Wednesday around 2pm, no wait-time. Definitely a repeat. Highly recommend, food is delicious!
