Asahi Hibachi & Sushi

Very friendly staff. Very good sushi. Spicy tuna roll and California roll were fresh and tasty. The salad dessing and hibachi dessing were very mayonnaise heavy. The Hibachi chicken was good but not the best I've had. The noodles were good and smokier than the chicken. The fried rice was okay. Hibachi salmon was good. Portions were large. Parking: Plenty of parking.

Had dinner here the other night - was fantastic food. We had a “cooked” sushi roll (one with shrimp), one hibachi meal, and one teriyaki meal, accompanied by two beverages. Delightful food, but POOR service. Sushi was our appetizer. Once finished, we sat there for a while wondering if our server was coming back to take our order. Sat for about 15 minutes before we had to call someone over. Meanwhile, the few parties that were on the other side of the room (still not busy) were immediately taken care of and given more attention and two of them came in well after us. Not a good look. Then, when we finally ordered, service at our table picked up. Food, again, was great. However, when the bill came, we had a mysterious charge for an item we didn’t order. I was buying tonight for date night and managed the bill. Called over one of the servers and she didn’t know where the charge came from, but also had to ask US if we ordered the item in question. We hadn’t. She apologized and went to remov

This place is just what this area needed! This hibachi place is definitely one of the best in town, staff is super cool and friendly! It feels like your eating at fancy restaurant at the price of a nice restaurant! It recommended coming here, hands down! I rarely do reviews, but this one I had to do! Ps…. Don’t forget to try their flavored sake and fried ice cream!!!!
