Chili's Grill & Bar

When the hostess sat us she brought us to a table that had a pile of food on floor that was swept with the broom next it. I thought oh great this is going to be bad. We had to wait a little for our waitress as she needed to sit at a booth with another employee for a few minutes. While waiting we noticed a fruit fly. My husband got shrimp tacos and I got chicken fajitas. We both enjoyed our meals the food was surprisingly good after a ruff start. We did tell the manager about the fruit flies as we ended up with about 5. We payed with gift cards and the one thing I didn’t like was the waitress told us that we automatically had to take a tip out of the first gift card. We wanted to leave cash and I don’t like that we didn’t have that choice.

This was my families first visit to Chillis and this location specifically. Absolutely awesome! I was greeted promptly by the greeter who gave a 5 minute wait by time I got settled to wait I was already being seated. He brought to the table helped us set up a rewards account which automatically rewarded us with a free appetizer. Then our waitress who had awesome presence and kind and friendly demeanor came over to take our drink order food order and brought over free chips and salsa. Being our first time time she gave recommendations and honest opinions which leads me too the outstanding food great presentation we were soo full and had left overs. Lots of flavor everything was piping hot and if i had to pick I would pick all three meals again but the cajun chicken pasta is the one that stood out. Definitely made top 5 for quality and for all the food under $40 bucks

The food super good. But to be honest whenever I go I notice two things. 1. the tablet and buttons all dirty and greasy. 2. Salt and pepper shakers with food residue. I always leave the review but I think they totally ignore it because it's getting worse. I like to eat from there but I think I'll start to avoid it. In a way it makes you think about what things are overlooked in the kitchen.
