Friendly's

So upsetting, my son and I are frequently dine in at Friendly's all over Massachusetts, but this time around, in West Springfield was our last. Terrible experience. We watched several people walk out after attempting to order ice cream and waiting for over an hour after ordering. I have to add that this place was not busy at the time. We sat at the counter just for ice cream and watched staff gossiping and joking around, 3 of which were standing around just delegating while two others scrambled to get everything done. We then received a half a cup of ice cream, my 11 year was so upset. He orders the same sundae every-time and barely got anything at all at this location. They looked at me and said, it is what it is. UNACCEPTABLE.

I’ve been here twice, and both times I’ve had the luck of having Cheri as my server. She is so sweet, attentive, always making sure her customers are happy and full. I will absolutely come back to this location again because of Cheri:)

I took my Son here on 8/23/23. He had been wanting to go here for a while. We both came to the same conclusion. It isn't the same anymore. I ordered a Smash Burger. It wasn't a smashed burger. To me, it looked like a frozen pattie. It is sad that this iconic Restaurant will see it's demise soon. The location I dined at, doesn't even serve Breakfast. How sad is that.
