Chili's Grill & Bar

It was decent, typical of this type of restaurant. I got what I expected. Food was good and everything went smoothly. All of the servers were pleasant and the hostess greeted us warmly, and said goodbye to us as we left. Would definitely be back.

Came in with a group of 7 on a Tuesday night. The restaurant wasn’t busy, just poorly staffed and/or managed. Hostess wiped our table off very poorly. We had to grab napkins from the server station to wipe it off completely. There was leftover food still on the table when she dropped the menus down and left. We had to wait our entire meal to get salads that were ordered as appetizers. Drinks were empty for the majority of our visit. One person at the table never got their appetizer and it was a huge hassle just to get it taken off the bill. The server had our main dishes out before appetizers and even left one person at the table without any food at all. No comment that their food would be out soon, nothing at all.

The food was cold. And the waiter did not attend to us like he should have. I have worked as a server for years and you can't judge a person by their skin tone. Because I done had white people leave me nothing and a black person leave me $50. So u gambling being a server anyways. The only tht was great was the southwest egg rolls appetizer. Everything else was mediocre.
