The Cheesecake Factory

This was prolly the worst food and customer service I’ve ever had at any establishment. First, our order never got put in although the waitress told us someone took our food but yet never informed us of that until an issue. 2nd the food was terrible the burgers you see in the picture had raw meat all in them my wife’s ranch I’m pretty sure was expired because it tasted really bad. The factory nachos we ordered came out super burnt and looks like they had been sitting under a lamp a long time because the salsa was soaked through the chips and the cheese was hard. I work in customer service and always give benefit of the doubt but this was just purely forgotten and no remorse. We were compt for the nachos and zucchini sticks but doesn’t make up for the terrible experience. DO BETTER!!

Great place to eat! I didn't actually order a meal rather I shared a appetizer plate of sliders that was almost a meal in itself. I was very satisfied. The cheesecake was delicious and there are so many different choices I wanted to try. The service was great as well. Definitely recommend Parking: Plenty of parking, it is at the haywood mall and there is a surplus of parking.
