Absolutely amazing costumer service starting from Thomas Kelley the manager, very friendly and welcoming. Richard Moore the bar tender was amazing, talking to us and making sure nothing was missing. I visit from FL and the amazing vibe was on the table. Thank you both for such an amazing experience.

I want to start by saying our server was very very kind and nothing that happened during our visit was a direct result of her actions. EVERY restaurant is facing staffing issues right now and we are well aware of that and very patient people. We got seated in the cocktail area so our server was also the bartender. It wasn’t a crazy night but it was steady enough for her to be consumed with the people sitting at the bar. (Which is totally fine and understandable, the cocktail area is big and needs its own server). We got one drink and it never got refilled, (even after asking). My boyfriends food came out incorrect but he didn’t say anything, just picked off the jalapeños. His came out and he finished it. 25 minutes later, my food came out ALSO incorrect. My alteration to the food was due to an allergy, so I couldn’t pick off the mistake. They took it back and said they would bring it out corrected. Another 20 minutes went by and my food just never came back out so we just gave up, ask

I have given this place so many chances. They simply do not have the takeout logistics set up well. I have pulled up to pick up food on two occasions and the staff either never came out ( I literally ended up getting out of my car and retrieving my food from the Togo rack!) or the food is not ready OR the food is not cooked well. Sorry my friends but I’d strongly recommend visiting one of the other restaurants nearby. This location simply can’t get things running smoothly. I gave two stars because the staff is typically very nice, albeit slow and disorganized.
