Waited over 20 minutes at drive-thru for 2 patty melts. The patties were dry and cold. The onions were OVER-COOKED, charred, and had a bitter taste . Also they put so much sauce that the buns became soggy . The WORST patty melts we ever had.
Service has really fallen off this last year. Our community loves Whataburger. I hope management will take note and apply some "fixes".
Always love my hometown restaurant service. Always good food and great service. Frequently use their curbside also and have NO COMPLAINTS! Parking: Great location and number of spots available.
