Chicks 'n Salsa

New location. New name. Chicks 'n Salsa Express. Located in an office building. Very good Baja fish tacos, chips and salsa. Great prices. Kid-friendliness: They allow them inside. Parking: Lots of parking.

Been too long since I've been here. My sister was having a party and asked me to pick up some guacamole. Everybody loved it. She had another gathering the next night and everybody demanded more Chicks & Salsa guacamole.

These have to be the worst fish tacos I have ever had. The batter was very dense and greasy, all I could taste was the stale oil in which they were fried. The flour tortilla wasn’t even warmed up, the corn tortillas were obviously mass produced, their guacamole was ok, but they served it with those awful stale cheap tortilla chips. Nothing had any seasoning, no spice. I would have forgiven all of this, even the steak that tasted like it was boiled, had they thrown in some decent salsa. No salsa! Who packs up an order of tacos without throwing any salsa in there! So bland, so greasy, so gross. I have it two stars because the lady who packed my order was nice and the place looked clean. But wow, didn’t think you could mess up tacos this bad.
