Bricks Wood Fired Pizza - Yorktown Lombard

Came in to pick up a customers order for uber eats and noticed that the staff was handling the food without gloves. I watched one young man ring someone out at the register and then continue to handle the food without even washing his hands. COVID and other virus’ are still rampant at this time and I think all staff should be required to where a mask and glove when handling the food of others.

If you come here you won't be disappointed! We dined in for date night just the two of us and we originally ordered a special to take home and changed it to dine in to enjoy a little bit more time just us before getting back to the kiddos. This was our first time here and certainly not the last. I wasn't a fan of the chopped salad the sauce was left out by mistake and the cannolis lacked flavor and sweetness. The presentation of the cannolis were very nice. The customer service was good even when my husband and I couldn't decide what pizza the cashier jumped in and made a suggestion that didn't disappoint. We got a specialty bbq chicken pizza and a Italian sausage as the second choice both delicious. The bruschetta was full of flavor and I was full from all the options lol. Please come here to dine in or take out you won't be disappointed! The dining area is very clean and well kept.

Excellent pizza! One of the best wood fire pizzas i’ve had. Service was really kind and understanding as well especially since it was my first time here. Food came out quick and was delicious. Pesto was unexpectedly good as well! Definitely coming back again.
