Ordered a sandwich online through the app and when I got the sandwich, it was on the wrong type of bread. I called them and they said I had to bring the untouched sandwich back and they would make a new one. I informed them that I could not (unable to leave work again) and they told me they could not help me then. I as then going to take the survey online, but I couldn't because I had to have my in-store receipt which I was never given.
The employees are great. I carry out 1 or 2 times a week and my sandwich is always the best!
Should get zero stars. Seriously? Management needs to go.
