Chick-fil-A

Probably the worse chick fil a ever made in Tampa besides the one by the Raymond James stadium. Horrible customer service. Long wait. Drinks are always watered down or they are not working so make sure to taste your drinks before you leave and fries are never fresh always dried or over cooked. I can never say I had a good experience so I decided to add a comment. Don’t waste your time or money here drive further down folwer to the one across from university mall. Even called corporate after spending $34 and all they sent was a free sandwich they can keep that. It only takes a second to apologize and say they will try and fix things. Today waited in line over 35 mins took the lady on the left intercom at least 4 mins to say something after I kept saying hello. Smh

Found this in my drink. Also my order for my sandwich didn't come out right. Didn't get pickles or Colby Jack cheese like i asked for on my grilled chicken sandwich. Worst experience I have had at this location to date.

Worst Chick-fil-A EVERrrrrrrrrr I think they gave me sink water, too bad the chickens in the drive thru said I had to pay for a larger water so I told them there is not a single Chick-fil-A on this planet that charges for a large water, we bought 4 meals, includes fries and drinks. I wanted a large water for the road trip and they said they could give me 3 small waters since they would have to charge me for a large cup. So they would rather waste and cause global harm to our landfills with 3 extra straws than to give out one extra large cup that I would reuse several times during the day. Nobody has 7 cup holders in their truck, it’s ridiculous is what it is. They need to be overhauled by Chip or something or Gordon Ramsey.
