If I could give 0 star I would. This burger king was my to go on my coupon and now the black lady came with the "oh we can't substitute the fries for onion ring". I never had an issue substitute the fries. It was small onion ring swap such a big deal. Never again going to this location.
Don’t even deserve one star. I normally don’t do any reviews at all but had to do it in this situation. At the order window requested ketchup and the kids cheeseburger plain. Did not get the ketchup and the cheeseburgers was not plain. I stayed at the window and informed the lady that of the missing ketchup and the cheeseburger was not plain; she seriously stared me down and she looked like she was going to come through the window. Mind you this was the manager. Wow! I told my kids that we are never stopping at this Burger King
Ever since Anthony left the morning drive-thru, this place has gone down hill. They just threw the hashbrowns in there! Extremely rude staff and sub par food quality. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
