Boston Market

I ordered a 1/2 chicken with mac n cheese and sweet corn as meal sides along with a separate side order of sweet potatoes. When I got my order, there was no corn and they placed the sweet potato as my meal side and I didn’t get the individual side of sweet potato I paid for. I got a huge promotion at work today and chose to celebrate by getting Boston Market because of my childhood memories tied to the establishment. Honestly, there’re worst things in the world, but ultimately, just really disappointed this evening.

Omgh what’s happened to Boston Market. New recipes? This entire meal was disgusting. What a waste of money. The cornbread wasn’t nice and crumbly, the Mac n cheese the noodles were over cooked and and tasteless, and lastly the sweet potato casserole didn’t have the nice brown top and was really overly sweet. Please send help to this location ASAP. This stores food is not the same food I remember!

I really used to love this location but the quality of the food and service have gone downhill considerably. My food is always cold, today it tastes like it was leftover from yesterday, the crust on my pot pie is chewy, the filling and vegetables are not the same and my corn bread is hardly every included, but when it is, it is also old and cold. Today, it is rock hard. I can smack it on my desk and it doesn't break lol. Nothing that was cooked fresh today would be like that. Whether I come in, go through the drive through, or get DoorDash, something is either incorrect or unappetizing. One of the last times I came in to pick up my online order, a customer that was dining in was taking napkins from a pile on his table while he was eating. He brought the remaining napkins back up to the counter and handed them back to the lady at the register. I then watched the lady take those napkins that someone had their hands all over, and place them in my togo bag. I have worked at a restaurant f
