New favorite place to eat when we drive through GR. Stopped in before our stop to Sacred Springs down the street and we were glad we did stop. We ordered plantains and soup for appetizers, and the plantains are a must. If you’re not used to spicy food be careful of the slaw though. For entrees we ordered the curry goat and creole chicken. We couldn’t even take a pic before taking a few bites. If you’re not used to spicy don’t order above a level 5 and if you think ketchup has a bite order a 0????. This is homemade food made with love and we can’t wait to stop by again soon.

Great place. Totally unexpected. Randomly went here looking for Jamaican Patties ending up getting everything but. Food was outstanding owner was extremely personable. Soursop drinks were a must have as well as the fried pork appetizer. Will 100% go back this should be a must stop place if in Grand Rapids.

Amazing is not strong enough word. We been trying to get here for a couple months now. Worth the wait! The goat was amazing the seafood gumbo was to die for! Broccoli sensation was incredible! Serenely try the ragu! The sauce is the best and rice and beans was just too much awesome!!
