INCREDIBLE Tex-mex fusion food! It’s very eclectic and the atmosphere is delightful. And I cannot even begin to describe how delicious their tacos and breakfast foods are. ???? Amazing food, and great beverages too! If you’re looking for a unique brunch experience, this place is a must.
When I tell you this place is amazing…. We went on Sunday for breakfast, walked in and were sat immediately with no wait. We were greeted by multiple kind employees, our waitress was incredibly kind and helpful, and don’t even get me started on the food. The breakfast tacos quite literally rocked my world!!! My friends also LOVED their food. I would literally give up my left leg to eat there again. Overall great place, great employees, great food, and great aesthetic. I will be back probably every weekend for the rest of my life.
We stopped at Basalt a little after noon and enjoyed a lunch of nachos and taco plates. The tacos are not your garden variety versions, but built with a blend of meats, sauces and flavors. The carnitas and chorizo versions were particularly delicious. The addition of crispy hashbrown to the chorizo taco is an inspired choice.
