Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Normally when I go to Cheddars I order the cornmeal white fish; however, that was not available. I ordered the baked whitefish and it was lacking flavor. The drinks are always 100%. The service is always incredible. My son ordered the pasta and he devoured it. We are so excited they opened closer to us and don't have to drive as far anymore. Our server was amazing specially for just opening less than a month ago. The chicken fry steak was tendered and great had a little spice to it. Love the broccoli cheese casserole. The croissants are so good with the drizzle of a honey butter one word YUM!

Super excited as this is the closest to the house. This place Cheddars in general used to be a lock for date nights.. this Thursday night @ Cheddars on memorial newly opened .... Someone missed the full flavor and awesome memo. Except our server Sophia she did great! The fryers caught fire.... I'm not sure if that was the reason my chicken and shrimp that was fried lost flavor in the batter. The time for food to be delivered the flavors lacking & flat beer.... The promised croissants that never made it... that is the reason Cheddars gets 3 stars. I will update the review next visit. These are the things we did not report mostly because I didn't want our server to cry or feel like she was at fault. Don't think I saw a manager running around. I can say what was super was the broccoli cheese casserole. Also I will give the crew at Cheddars time to get their act back to greatness.
