Chick-fil-A

Very disappointed... They are usually better then this .... The employees at counter were staying around and when I walked up.to pick up my order they acted like it was a bother like I interpreted them and one employed even made a sigh sound.

My husband and I went to Quail Springs Mall Chick-fil-A last night and very disappointed we’ve eaten there before but thought we’d give it another try. It took them 10 minutes to get our food to us As they said we would have to wait for his chicken strips that he ordered to cook.there was nobody else there. then when we got our food my husband Open the bag and there was a chicken sandwich he went back up to the front to tell them he wanted his chicken strips and that he got the wrong thing and the girl at the register said didn’t you get the rest of your meal like what does that mean he didn’t get his chicken strips needless to say she said it would be another 10 minutes before we got the chicken strips so he had to eat the sandwich that he was given we will never eat there again it always takes too long to get our food every time we go there we wait 10 to 15 minutes Times longer to get our food. Don’t bother eating at Chick-fil-A in Quail Springs Mall

The employee who made my drinks Tatiana was amazing she had a beautiful smile and was happy to serve me. She is the reason I will take the extra time to go to the mall instead of the store across the street! She gives it all and it made my day better when it was a hard day.
