Red Lobster

First off, my sister moved their ad flyer that was on the table and found trash that has been left from the last guest using that table. This tells us that whoever is busing the tables is not moving everything on the table to make sure it’s clean. They’re wiping around said salt, pepper, and add flyers. When we notified our waitress She shrugged it off by saying “oh, would you like to move to a new table?” Our waitress did not check on us once from the time she took our order to the time our food arrived to the time we left to see if our drinks needed refilled or if anything was good or if we needed any other food, extra napkins, utensils, or so on. as we were sitting dining, we noticed a hostess put menus and clean silverware on a dirty chair. They were then later, given to a family with children to use the food itself was OK. Our lobster was overcooked as well as the crab legs. All around I’m giving it a one for poor lack of customer service, cleanliness and food, taste and preparedn

Got my food to go because I was in the area, but needed to be back home soon. The bartender took my order and I can't remember her name at the moment, but she was exceptionally helpful at choosing items to try. Ended up getting the calamari appetizer (tasty but didn't stay crispy on my long drive back home) and the New Orleans blackened salmon filet with shrimp (her recommendation). I was able to get a smaller portion at a great price when I was in to pick up a late lunch. Really enjoyed the salmon and shrimp. I also made her aware of a food allergy and she was quick to make sure the kitchen would keep the potential issue in check. Better than expected food and exceptional customer service!

Very nice and friendly staff. Was here a few days back. I forgot the name of the girl, but she was young with mid length dark hair. I apologize I forgot your name, but you were so sweet and very tolerant. My mom is kinda rude when ordering her food. I apologized, it is unacceptable behavior and I definitely don't treat server's that way. You did an amazing job. Great customer service. Very attentive and very polite. Thank you for being so sweet and understanding.
