Carrabba's Italian Grill

Called ahead with 6:30 birthday celebration dinner reservations for 9. Upon arrival between 6-6:30 there was no hostess at the station and no bartender covering for "happy hour"... unhappy! I understand weeknight and staffing issues but there should be enough staff to handle internally created features. Once staff fumbled through ice water, drink order and serving the appetizers; the rest of the evening went well and the staff worked as a team to serve and attend to our larger group.

I'm a little frustrated with the curbside pick up. I placed a 200 dollar+ order for family Labor day weekend, I left a 50 dollar tip, got everything home and it was a train wreck. They made it right, but it was a spoiler on a big family dinner. I picked up 4 meals today, 10/14, 100 dollars plus. I've had some past experiences where if you don't put in a special request, you will get a tiny pouch of olive oil, 1 spice, and 1 little loaf of bread, if I dine in I can request more endlessly, not sure how this little provided add on isn't thought about how it would provide for 4 people. So there is a request section. I requested extra bread, oil, spices. I looked through my order before I left. The salad I got couldn't feed a rabbit. There was 1 loaf of bread, no oil, no spices. This locations curbside pick up has alot to be desired. I highly recommend checking your order before leaving, there is no attention paid to detail or forward thinking. Still left a 20% tip but I'm not sure why. Cal

No matter where I travel across the country, every time I eat at Carrabba's, I've had awesome food! Especially being gluten free, they are very knowledgeable and the preparation or modifications seem effortless.
