McDonald's

Mark is an incredible McDonald's employee! He's always so kind and helpful, and he really goes the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied. I remember one time he helped me with my order when my credit card wasn't working, and he even gave me a free coffee as a thank you for being patient. Mark is a shining example of what great customer service looks like, and I always look forward to my next visit to his McDonalds.

Everyone that works here speaks TWO languages. Sickening to see how much entitled suburbanites (that speak 1 language, poorly) disrespect the employees here. So many nasty miserable people that choose to eat here. They prepare my orders quickly and correctly every time.

It seems like every time we have ever gone here. The food gets worse and worse. I ordered a hamburger only ketchup and of course it comes with everything on it. The big Mac has no sauce. The fries are cold and no salt. The buns are hard like they’ve been toasted in are just sitting there . The burgers are cold. I’m not sure why it’s like this every single time. Unfortunately we will never go again.
