Usually always good service and food is 90% of the time fresh, depends on when you come in obviously during down time expect it not to be 100% fresh. However Mateo is very slow and with only 2 people in line took about 15 minutes to get through the 3 of us. Also he is very unwelcoming compared to the usual line workers.

One of my favorite places to eat a quick and delicious meal in Brookfield. You always get a receipt with a quick survey that gets you a free entree at your next visit. My favorite options are Orange Chicken, Beijing Beef, and Kung Pao Chicken with Chow Mein. I love the hot mustard sauce too. Service is good but sometimes you need to wait 10 min if they run out of an item. It'll be super fresh! Vegetarian options: You can get veggie entrees and sides. Services on the night shift is so poor. The employee’s refuses to have fresh food up between the hours 6pm - 8pm. The night shift employees are not very rude and nasty. They don’t ever wash their hands and continue using the same gloves for everything. They do the most cross contamination at every station and think it’s normal. This happens every time I visit this location.
