Not sure if they are lazy or what, but when I go through a drive thru with no line, no customers at all I would atleast expect fresh food. I use to work for this company and never in a million years would I serve a guess old fish that has been cooked an hr after before serving. Fish taste like rubber, fries cold I might as well had cooked my own food! Do better folks!
Love Captain D's. Had to wait forever in the drive thru because nobody would respond to the kiosk. Not a very good location ????♂️
7/16 @ 830pm. Just left the drive thru after waiting in line for 30 minutes only to be ignored by the workers inside. There was a young woman in the drive thru line in front of me who literally laid on her horn for 15-20 seconds at the window and the workers inside didn’t even acknowledge her. Horrible excuse for business etiquette. If there was an option you’d get no stars. Your employees are a reflection of what you chose.
