Burger King

The service was excellent today. The young lady taking orders and handing out food was very nice. My fries were to hot to eat at first and the Whopper was delicious.

Went there today at 843pm no one ever answered the headset in drive thru to take my order so I drive around to the window and the cashier who refused to give her name said oh u have to order at the speaker. I said I sat there 10mins with no answer and she says we were outside smoking so nobody purposely had the headset on. Manager was outside chilling in his car on the clock I ask hey what's your manager name she called him David and he answered but quickly lied to me and said his name was JAMES. I find it flat out disrespectful that these folks was ok with one being on the clock while smoking and two felt like it was ok to just brush me off after being caught up doing bullish. Then instead of trying to rectify the situation heifer tried to shoo me off rather than doing the right thing. The best thing for this location is to get a whole new crew or shut down‼️????????

The guy taking orders drive-thru is very narcissistic. I politely asked a question and he ignored the question as if nothing was said. Then the lady won't say a word and just hands the food through the window. The food is very greasy. They make their job way harder than it has to be. I had to ask 3 times before he would answer a simple and easy question. Won't visit this location anymore. Secret shoppers are needed!!
