California Pizza Kitchen at Flatiron

I ordered for a pick up. When I went there the customer service was terrible. I stood at the pick up counter for 10 minutes with out a single staff acknowledging I was there. One gentleman came out the back area stood in front of the counter and stared at me, when I said "hello" he ignored me and went back in the back. I know people complain about the serving size compared to price in other reviews which is true. You can get just a healthy larger pizza for the family for the same price at local owned pizzerias. California price, for a chewy flavorless micro pizza. Pass this place by and support local restraunts. 2 star pizza but minus a star for terrible customer service.

Food tasted ok. Pizza crust was burnt - i understand some char on a sorta neopolitan style pizza but this was not that. Portions are measly for the absurd pricing. Don't see myself wasting money here again.

I've been coming to California Pizza Kitchen since I was literally a child, and to this location me and my brother have come to a few times. we grew up in PA. Above all I've loved the food here for a long time but tonight's experience wasn't so good. I'm vegetarian and got a bucket load of chicken on a salad, everything that was supposed to be warm was cold, then the salad wasn't chilled at all plus had some real bad looking greens in there. Also compared to the lunch prices everything was so damn expensive $70.00 between two people for a subpar meal is not ideal for a recent college grad. Hopefully this can be resolved.
