Title: Terrible Experience - Rude Service and Spoiled Salad! I cannot express how disappointed I am with the to-go food I received from [Restaurant Name]. The whole experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. First and foremost, the customer service over the phone was shockingly impolite. It seemed like the person taking my order was doing me a favor by even acknowledging my existence. I couldn't believe the level of rudeness and lack of basic courtesy they displayed. But the real horror started when I opened the food containers. The salad I ordered looked like it had been sitting there since the Stone Age. The lettuce was wilted, slimy, and clearly way past its prime. I've never seen such a sad excuse for a salad in my life. It was inedible and had a nauseating odor that made me lose my appetite instantly. I called the restaurant to complain about the condition of the salad, and guess what? They couldn't care less! They showed zero remorse for serving me a meal that was
