After being at 3 other Cafe Rios I was really pleased to see this nice location at Signal Butte. This one is very clean with a nice ambience and music. I had the Nachos meal here for the 1st time and it was great with queso, grilled, premium steak. The meal was huge so I saved half for another lunch. Today, Tuesday, is Taco Special day for only $2.50. It was really fresh and delicious with the Cotija cheese. Service by Manager Anna and crew Anthony and Jesus was outstanding. Highly recommended.
Sweet pork is so good. Anthony and the manager that worked on Halloween are awesome customer service people and great workers. This location has become a favorite. Thanks so much. Five stars.
The sweet pork burritos and salads are always good. This is what I refer to as "white Mexican food" it's a restaurant chain from Utah, much like Costa Vida, so nothing authentic but caters to the safe taste of suburban soccer mom's and weekend warrior dad's.
