Chipotle Mexican Grill

Not at all customer friendly. People who work there definitely don't seem happy working there and rush you through the order. Sometimes you think the young people are easier to deal with but in Chipotle, it was the opposite. I could see no passion in their service but mere grumpiness. Won't go back in there.

This is the third time ordering from this particular location where the vegetables have been completely burnt. This was the worst though, because there were actual pieces of charcoal in my burrito bowl. They’re brittle, so of course they broke into many small pieces that I had to spend forever picking out of my food. This picture is the result. Eating charred foods increases carcinogens in your system and can be as bad as smoking. I will not be returning to this location until I hear that they are under new management, because judging from their sheer volume of one star reviews, this place needs some help.

Quality of service and food, as well as portion sizing, has been in decline at this location for over a year now. I've been a loyal customer to this particular location for over 7 years. I will not be returning. I can't believe what the staff here considers "adequate" portioning for tacos that cost $14+. Only four small pieces of steak in my tacos and three of them were mostly gristle. Staff turnover seems horrendous. Whomever is training new hires needs to be retrained themselves. Perhaps this location suffers from poor management. I wouldn't know though because management never seems present.
