I ordered just a simple burger with fries , the fries were so salty I only ate a couple and when I told the manager walking around I got told it's the new company standard, seriously? The burger was supposed to be med. rare it was well done and in pieces also spoke to the manager to which he replied I'm sorry and walked away, my daughter makes better burgers on a grill then this place
We had a wonderful experience at chilis!! Joseph was a server and he took great care of us. Deandre was also a great manager who checked up on us Recommend coming here to all!
Had a really bad experience. We went for a latish lunch on a Friday and were seated in the bar. Not my first choice, but ok. The floor was filthy, stuff all over. I ignored it. Our server came over and barely spoke to us, no smile, no welcome...nothing. she was young so I just let it go. We both ordered the 3 part meal; drink, appetizer, entree. We got our drink and I got my soup, which was cold. I still didn't complain. We were never offered drink refills and my husband never got his appetizer even though I asked when they brought out our entrees. The entrees were tasty but still no appetizer and still no refills. I had had enough so I told the manager. He gave us our appetizer to go and a whopping 10 percent off the bill.
