Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

They were awful to us when we went and got food for veterans day. There was a food allergy in our family and they didn't take it seriously and they were mad that they had to fix the food for the mistake that was made. They were also mad we had so many things to ordered and they were rude to us when we told them we had another dish we needed. They apparently didn't want our money. The food has been subpar for months in flavor.

I would like to see All of your employees wear name tags. So I can give them a proper compliment or I can also report the rude ones. Every time I visit this location I get the same cashier, lots of attitude. I explained I have to different orders and will be paying them separately. She gets upset, acts like she doesn't know how to ring up 2 separate orders. Holds up the line. She is not new employee and someone needs to talk to her.

What a sorry excuse for Mexican food. This was my first visit. We ordered online a beef quesadilla and an enchilada style beef burro with hatch chili salsa on both. It came with lots of stuff I didn't order, and the quesadilla had hardly any cheese. My enchilada style burro was a joke. I couldn't see any sauce and it didn't have hardly any cheese. The meat with the hatch chili salsa tasted odd. Average at best and highly overpriced. We spent about $25 for two people. I wouldn't go back if it were half price. I'd rather go to Taco Bell. I do not understand why this place if popular.
