Applebee's Grill + Bar

Me and my friends love coming here on Tuesday nights for happy hour. We've been loyal customers for almost a year, the food is good, and happy hour pricing is awesome, which is why it sucks to leave this review. We've loved our usual waiter Ava, however recently we've been served by mitch, which has not been pleasant. We are usually a larger party all with separate checks, which can be very hard to keep track of, we get that, however, it has never been an issue with our previous servers. Mitch is constantly bringing out incorrect orders, mixing up billing and charging items to the wrong people. He is obnoxious, overshares, is unprofessional and always kills the vibe. We've always had a great time here but lately our conversations turn to how bad our service has been and what alternative locations we can go to eat. I do not recommend this location with the current servers!!

Can I for dinner with my family, and it’s was slow! But it took 25 minutes for our food! But when I came it was COOL?? Why?? So they took it back to recook and 20 minutes later? And instead of putting it on a clean plate they pit it back on my old plate? No presentation, very sloppy I’m so done!!! This is why it took us 5 years to come back! I’m going to have to rethink my choices.

Our server Ava was excellent. Ava was attentive, kind, and coursed out our meals perfectly. My wife and I had the chocolate meltdown cake first so we could enjoy dessert. It was recommended by our server and Ava was right; it's their best dessert. We enjoyed the boneless wings app and I had the 8 oz sirloin as my entree. The steak was very tough and wouldn't recommend but the onion rings were nice and crispy(still ate all my steak tho). Thanks Ava hope to have you again soon :)
