Café Zupas

My lobster bisk soup was rotten and should have been thrown out not served to anyone. My wife's soup is Natick tomato puree with no basil at all. There was a very long black hair in the BBQ salad, and no one in my house has long hair so I know it's not from here. Only reason I'm giving 1 star is because there's no negative rating. Update the manager helped make it right he was very helpful

The dessert was horrible, first we ordered pie, and it wasn't in our order when we got back. We called and they said they where out of the pie and wouldn't give the money back for the desserts. So we had to drive back to get these soggy rice crispy things instead. Apparently they forgot to take the plastic off of them as well Not sure if its this store is horrible or if Zupas is just that low of quality. The soup was still great though.

We tried multiple times to give this location a try but it consistently misses the mark. Aside from other orders done incorrectly, my last orders sandwich was not edible. We live not far away, and picked up our order but you'd think we lived miles away and that the sandwich was piping hot when packaged. This same order was missing items, which weren't marked off on the receipt like they usually do for a pickup either. I called to let them know and I was told they'd write my name down and have someone call me. That was a month ago and I've had no call. I know it's this location missing the mark and not just the sandwich I ordered because at another location which is much further away, when I got home, it was as if the sandwich was just made in my kitchen. Disappointing to have to drive so far for edible Zupas at another location but worth it for our craving. Tried again 9/25 and landed another huge failure. Still waiting for a credit promised by Melanie but I'm sure I'll never see it. A
