Del Taco

Never go to del taco late at night. Two different locations i have experienced extremely slow service. (about 15 minutes per car) one location got my order wrong and this location forgot to give us 2 orders of frys. I had to get back in line and wait another 30 minutes just to get our missing frys. I rather wait in Bato's or rancherito's long line.

I went thru the drive thru and I spent 49 min from when I entered the line to when I left. I had to have my order taken at the window due to being told they would be right back to me. I waited at the ordering speaker for 20 minutes before I drove to the window. I got told they were short staffed. I understand short staffed but keep the drive thru communication current. The cars behind me got orders taken before I ever ordered. I watched from the window that at least 5 workers were on and the inside counter was getting food. Food was good this round but the speed and service could use a lot of improvement.

Had fast and friendly service. They forgot my quesdilla but luckily they fixed that pretty quickly. But it's almost as if they didn't use even half the ingredients that they used to use from before. The burritos used to be pretty thick, now they look like they're a lot smaller. Still have the best fried though. Kid-friendliness: Playground is open.
