Jo the waitress would be a reason on its own to return. Its like going to that friend's house who's so homey and welcoming, and of course attentive. She's so good, it doesnt matter if the coffee is bad, I'd still come over for a cup of coffee&breakfast. Belgium Waffles are the best. Last time I came, I brought my mom&grandma and they both enjoyed their order: chicken pot pie&soup for one, and eggs benedict for the other and they both enjoyed it to the last bite. Very nice Buttercup. We recommend. Buttercup over other diners any day! I cant say 5 stars because I haven't tried enough dishes but these last visits have been great.

Loved the service by Jo(FEMALE), excuse me if I misspelled your name. It was Labor day and it wasn't that busy. The weather(HOT) probably had a hand in it. Order was taken and the food was on our table in like 10-12 minutes. I had 2 scrambled eggs, a hefty amount of hash brown, 2 vegan sausages(NOT BAD), and sourdough toast. Ask for soften butter and a little honey for the sourdough it goes great together.
